First, where we will go...

We are based around Montreal, so South- and North-Shore, as well as Laval, are covered. For really big groups, we will even go to Gatineau, Québec, or Sherbrooke. You will need to contact us anyway with your planned date so we will check this together.

Invitations

It is suggested to send invitations at least 2 weeks in advance (we will give an example so you can customize it), and to call guests a couple days before to remind them. Statistics say that about half of the contacted people will show up, so it's better to invite a lot of people, and to tell them to bring someone too!

A minimum of 5 persons should be there for the party to be held, and at least 3 should buy a minimum of $100 so the hostess can earn her benefits.

Mademoiselle M Jewelry will be presented by Marie-Michèle and her associates. We will be 2 or 3, depending on the number of confirmed guests. We will arrive at least an hour before the event so we have time to place things out.

Hostess' Benefits

• > She gets 20% of the party's sales as a rebate on her purchases.
• > A gift certificate of $20 for each party booked (valid during or after the said party is held).
• > Another $10 if there are more than 20 guests.

Online sales can be counted also; virtual guests need only mention the hostess' name when checking out, and they have 7 days before and after the party to buy.  Gift certificates and custom orders will also count toward the total.

For obvious reasons, the hostess is responsible of her guests. Broken, stolen, or lost jewelry, as well as returned cheques, will be her responsibility.

Guests' Benefits

• > A 20% rebate on the purchase of jewelry sets (2 or more pieces), or a $5 rebate on each $50 purchase.
• > Minor adjustments (lengths, earrings types...) are free and done right there.
• > Free gift wrapping.

Custom orders will be encouraged. In this case, a 50% deposit for the estimated amount will be required.

Gift certificates will also be available on site.

Suggestions For The Party

Here are a couple ideas about how the party should be planned. However, this is YOUR night, you do what you want!

• > Open house type, for a duration of 3 hours. Guests are free to arrive and leave at the moment of their choice. We won't do a demonstration like in other parties you may have heard of, but we will explain briefly materials and techniques and will be available for questions.
• > Casual ambience : the only things necessary are simple foods and drinks (wine & cheese, juice & chips, etc.) Please provide something to clean hands!
• > A couple mirrors and lamps are essentials. Tell us if we need to bring more. (And also, an electric cord to plug them in!)
• > A kitchen table for 6-8 is adequate. We will have tablecloth to protect the table.
• > Please plan a small space so we can make minor adjustments and write down things. The kitchen counter should be enough.

Forms of payment accepted during the party are:

• > Cash
• > Personnel cheque
• > Credit cards, via Paypal - only if an access to internet is available, and payments must be done prior to our departure.
