The materials we use are genuine (metals and stones) and as described for each piece. Also, we strive for the highest quality in our handmade items. But we are only humans, and mistakes do happen. If something should happen to your jewelry within this time frame, we will repair it for free. You will have to return your piece by mail in a secure way (or arrange for local pick-up/drop-off if possible). Always communicate with us first.
Please note that failing to observe recommended maintenance stated below will void this warranty. In that case, we will send you an estimate for the repair.

You always have the possibility of returning a piece if you don't like it. Simply return it to us in a secure way, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund minus actual shipping fees. The only exception is for discounted or custom pieces, for which the sale is final. But if you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before buying!

Due to their handmade nature, you have to take care of your jewelry. We DO NOT suggest to sleep, bathe, swim, or do any sports while wearing your jewelry. If this is the case, it IS possible that your jewelry degrades faster, and we cannot assume responsibility for this situation.

To prevent fast tarnishing of your silver jewelry, we suggest keeping it in an airtight container such as zip-top baggies, because air and moisture are mostly accountable for tarnishing. A jewelry box lined with anti-tarnish fabric is also a good choise. Also, different types of complexion or water hardness, hair or skin products, as well as climate, can affect the way your jewelry tarnishes with time.

For cleaning, we suggest using specialized products or our own polishing cloth, available here.

Most of our ready-to-wear jewelry can be adjusted to fit you perfectly. All you need to do is ask!

Please contact us! Describe it as much as you can : gemstones, metals, colors, measurements, style, budget... If this can be of any help, include a scanned drawing, or join a picture found on the web. Remember that we will never copy something someone else made, but we can include some of the elements you liked in your custom piece.

When you are done: When we agree on an idea, we will send an estimate for the work, and ask for half the price to be paid before ordering any components or starting to work on it. Then, depending on the complexity of the piece, it can take up to a month for the work to be done, including the delivery of the needed components, if this applies. If not, usually our timeframe is around or less than 2 weeks.
